Windows Embedded 2009: The least bloated versions of Windows?

(25 December 2025) Ah, the holiday season, the time when we stuff ourselves with ungodly amounts of food and give each other gifts, and often a bit more. You know what was "released" around the holidays? Two versions of Windows: Embedded Standard 2009 and Embedded POSReady 2009. Oh, wait, my bad, only POSReady did, and it wasn't readily available until January 12th, 2009. Not to mention some version of Windows Small Business Server was released closer to Christmas day. Mehh, at least I'll be able to use this video as a 2025 finale and as a reflection of this awful year.
