About Neisa

Neisa is the personification of SteelsOfLiquid - Intelligent, caring, benevolent, authoritative and calm, though sometimes clumsy and with intense anger when provoked. Just like me. She has gray eyes and long brown hair with a fringe sweeping across her face (this features a light blue streak), and wears glasses and black clothes. Her gloves and socks are asymmetrical and have a stripe coloured light blue. Her top has a notch on the right-hand side, and she is fairly tall (181.6 cm). She has a scar on her left cheek, usually covered partially by an adhesive bandage, in addition to a microphone earpiece worn on her right ear and a ribbon on at the base of her neck. She likes vintage computers, gaming and making content. Her birthday is June 9, 2002.

I use Neisa to represent myself online, perhaps most prominently as my VTuber model. She was introduced at the tail end of 2024 to replace the custom variant of Nanami Madobe used since mid-to-late 2023.

About making derivative works featuring Neisa

You are allowed to make fanart or fan animations of Neisa, among other derivative works, however Neisa is my intellectual property and I have the right to intervene if I feel like my intellectual property is being used in disrespectful ways. Please put effort into your derivative work, even if effort is a simple set of strokes of a pen or mouse. SteelsOfLiquid constantly updates key intellectual property to deter AI bros.

About Neisa's affiliation with me

I do not view myself as Neisa, and I never have. While I am fine with you using her to represent me as a content creator online, I am not okay with you using her to depict me as a person. While I have used her as my VTuber model, you should know I am terrible at male character design.

This OC is a woman, and I, the person behind the channel/website, am a man. Do I wish I was Neisa? Yes. But I am not. I'm going to just leave this at that before I enter a state of constantly telling you that and then this webpage goes on and on forever.

Design Evolution over time

Neisa is the latest in the line of SteelsOfLiquid OCs. She was created at the tail end of 2024 (as my own drawing and as derived pixel art). Her design was first altered at the tail start of 2025, modifying the size of her chest. This pixel art iteration was revised in March of 2025, but the revised design was never used. The 3D model was initially created in the same month and received a small set of updates in April to accomodate green screens. This first generation model was replaced by a new revised model in August which changed details such as her outfit, hairstyle, and face. She got a temporary haircut in October 2025, reverted in February 2026, and she her fringe was redone to better replicate that she originally had in the pixel art sprites.
