Neisa is the personification of SteelsOfLiquid - Intelligent, caring, benevolent, authoritative and calm, though sometimes clumsy and with intense anger when provoked. Just like me. She has gray eyes and long, brown hair, and wears glasses and black clothes. Her gloves and socks are asymmetrical and have a stripe coloured light blue. Her top has a notch on the right-hand side, and she is fairly tall (approx. 178/179 cm). She doesn't have a formal surname (feel free to use mine as a de facto surname), and so usually uses "Neisa Steel-chan" as a "full" name. She likes vintage computers, gaming and making content. Her birthday is June 9, 2002.
I use Neisa to represent myself, perhaps most prominently as my VTuber model. She was introduced at the tail end of 2024 to replace the custom variant of Nanami Madobe used since mid-to-late 2023.
I'm fairly lenient towards derivative works featuring my characters, as long as it doesn't intend to damage my reputation.
