iPod Nano 6G: An ancestor to the Apple Watch?

(7 May 2025) We all know the Apple Watch, and the iPod. Why do I bring both up in the same sentence? What if the Apple Watch had an iPod-based ancestor? That's exactly what the 6th generation iPod Nano was, in hindsight. So, IS it a ancestor to the Apple Watch?
