Well, I am pleased to announce the creation and development of a new SteelsOfLiquid website. This site will provide as an overall hub for the SteelsOfLiquid community, providing overall context on major resources, a general blog, the most recent video, and more.
Regarding the content on the original, older Google Sites site, most of it will be left to drift upon the abandoned sectors of the community, alongside platforms such as the SteelsOfLiquid Twitter (officially "X") and former Steel64 channels. Most of it is not of a lot of value, and so it won't be carried over to this site. There is still a lot of work that needs to be done, and so expect a lot of changes to still need to be made and pages to be missing.
At the moment, these pages have been implemented:
- Home Page
- Blog
- Resources Centre, including more information of Nanami/OS and OpenSteelEnvy.
There is a checklist page about what has to be done. It may not be updated on a very frequent basis. Currently, I still need to implement pages about myself. Also, I want to include more simplified pictures of Neisa (the SteelsOfLiquid character) into the tops of pages. These will be to give the site a tinge of charm. Overall, while progress began in October, progress is being made much faster now, and so I feel like it'd be best to properly establish the site NOW.
The site link has been provided on the YouTube channels. It will be shown in the descriptions of videos starting with those from 2025. I would like to thank you all for the overall timeline leading up to this (the past half a year, personally). If there wasn't a "Windows 7 for a week", among other videos, I don't think this website would be here. It might, don't get me wrong, because my channel was gaining momentum and whatnot, but I'm slightly more doubtful that it would've existed.
